Also I have bicycles and surf board available for my guest free of use, and a small car for rent $130/week for local driving only 96 Toyota Rav4 or 2002 Jeep Wrangler for $175/week
NO SMOKING in the house.
Please no extra overnight guests unless previously agreed to.
No loud parties...should respect the other tenant in the guest house.
