1979 DIAMANTE ROADSTER "IF YOU WANT TO STOP TRAFFIC, THIS IS THE CAR" Just arrived at SportsCar LA, this 1979 Diamante is a one owner California car. We just received this beautiful roadster from the family that bought it brand new. This car is pretty much just as it came from the factory, totally complete, running and driving and never had any rust or accident. This is still the original paint. These Diamante cars were made in California in the late 70's. They were built on brand new Cadillac chassis and have the Cadillac 425 V8 engine. This car has all the creature comforts, including power steering, A/C, power brakes, etc. They sold new for $80,000 and were a lot more expensive than Rolls Royce's and Bentley of that period.
